Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale define the contractual rights and obligations within the framework of sales of clothing and accessories concluded remotely via the Reign website ("the Site") between Reign SAS ("the Seller") and any individual acting as a consumer ("the Customer").

Any order confirmed on the Site implies full, prior, and unreserved acceptance by the Customer of these Terms of Sale. The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time. The applicable Terms are those in force and accepted by the Customer at the time of final validation of the order.

The items offered for sale are those appearing on the Site on the day of consultation, within the limit of available stocks at our workshops. Each product is accompanied by a descriptive sheet detailing its main characteristics (composition, sizes, colors, and prices).

Photographs and illustrations are intended to be as faithful as possible to the real items but cannot guarantee perfect similarity, particularly regarding how colors and textures are rendered on screen.

Prices of our items are indicated on the Site in euros (€) or pounds sterling (£) depending on the selected currency. They are expressed including all taxes (TTC) at the VAT rate applicable in France on the day of the order, excluding shipping and delivery costs, which are billed in addition.

Applicable shipping costs are calculated and clearly displayed before the final confirmation of the order by the Customer. The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; items are billed based on the rates shown when the order is registered.

To validate an order, the Customer must follow these steps: select items and add them to the cart, review the cart summary, enter contact details and complete delivery address, select a secure payment method, accept the Terms of Sale, and confirm the transaction.

An email acknowledging receipt of the order and confirming its registration is sent automatically to the Customer. The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.

Payment of purchases is made in full on the day of ordering. Online payments are fully secure and are processed through our approved partners (Stripe, PayPal, GeniusPay) by credit card or digital wallet.

The Seller never has access to your banking information, and no payment data is stored on our servers. The order will only be shipped once authorization of payment has been confirmed by the official payment centers.

Deliveries are made to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the order. The Seller currently ships to metropolitan France and the United Kingdom. Shipments are processed within 24 to 48 business hours after receipt of payment.

Average transit times are 2 to 4 business days for France and 4 to 7 business days for the United Kingdom. Delivery is free for any order of an amount equal to or greater than €150 (or equivalent in currency).

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a legal period of 14 clear days from the physical receipt of their items to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

To exercise this right, the Customer must inform customer service of their decision in writing. The direct costs of returning the goods remain the sole responsibility of the Customer, unless our commercial policy states otherwise.

For commercial flexibility, Reign extends the return period to 30 days from receipt of the items. Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with their original labels, and in their complete original packaging.

After receipt and validation by our workshops of the conformity of the returned items, the refund will be processed within a maximum period of 14 days using the same payment method used for the initial purchase.

The Seller guarantees the conformity of the products sold (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and hidden defects of the item sold (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

When acting under the legal warranty of conformity, the Customer has a period of 2 years from delivery of the product to act and is exempted from providing proof of the existence of the lack of conformity during this period.

The Seller cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the clothing purchased, natural wear and tear of materials, or in the event of force majeure as defined by the French courts (strikes, natural disasters, epidemics).

Personal information collected from the Customer is essential for processing orders and establishing invoices. This data is processed confidentially in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the Customer is invited to contact customer service first to find an amicable solution.

In the absence of an amicable agreement, the Customer has the option to submit the dispute to an approved consumer mediator. If no amicable solution is found, French courts under the jurisdiction of Reign SAS's registered office shall have sole authority.
